I don’t dislike much. I’m happy in the company of spiders, snakes, moths, monkeys, birds, and most other critters. Do not, however, ask me to invite a maggot or a worm home for dinner. When I was younger, (at least three years younger…) I used to play a game with myself: I would dig in soil until I came across a worm. At that point, the game was simultaneously finished, and lost. There was no way to win.
I’m playing the same game now – looking through a friend’s Facebook photos, hunting for, and not wanting to see, a Human.
When will I learn not to play games which I will inevitably lose?

Excellent analogy. I caught myself doing the exact same thing this evening! xx
